EZRIDE INFORMATION & FARES

NOTE -- Sticker Deadline Extended: As of Monday, Feb. 1, 2010, all EZRide Members will have new stickers. In order to facilitate final distribution, we have extended the acceptance of 2009 black and yellow stickers through Friday, February 12, 2010.  Please ask your employer or property manager for a new sticker by Feb. 12 - after this date, riders without the blue and yellow 2010 sticker may be asked to pay the cash fare for their trip.  If you have questions about where to obtain your stickers, please contact us at ezride@charlesrivertma.org.

Hours of Service

EZRide operates Monday through Friday only. No service on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. EZRide service is provided from approximately 6:20 AM to 10:20 AM, and from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM. Please check the timetables for exact times of first and last trips.

Accessibility

All EZRide buses are equipped with wheelchair lifts.

Service Animals

Service animals are permitted onboard EZRide Shuttle at all times.

Pets Onboard Shuttles

Small pets are permitted only when carried in appropriate carry-on sized pet carriers.  EZRide does not permit leashed or unleashed dogs on board the shuttle (except for those carried as described above).

Fare Information

$1.00 $0.50 FREE
  • Adult Cash Fare

  • Child 5-11 years old with adult

  • Student with MBTA Student ID Badge

  • Senior Citizen (65+)

  • Person with Disability (must present valid MBTA Transportation Access Pass or Massachusetts Commission for the Blind ID)

Lost & Found

We will make every attempt to recover lost items on board shuttles, however, neither Charles River TMA, nor our contractor, M&L Transit Systems, Inc., assumes any responsibility for items lost on board shuttle buses. If you have lost an item, please call 617-839-4636 (617-8EZ-INFO) and leave a message describing the lost item, the time and direction of the shuttle trip you were on, and the bus number. We will contact you to arrange for pick up if the item is found.
